Fun Fact: Hollandaise sauce is from France.

Today I learned that Hollandaise sauce comes from (apparently a huge debate) France. It was created to imitate a Dutch sauce for a king from the Netherlands who was visiting, which also gives it its name. Its one of the five key sauces of French cuisine.
